  Super smooth rental process. Instant response for questions etc. Motorcycle was new and delivered to our hotel. No ID check, or anything, just pay the amount and off you go. Pickup was equally easy, just leave the key at the hotel reception and they will come and pick it up. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bike rental in the Kuta Mandalika area👍
