  Contacted Mr. Rico through Whatsapp and he responded quickly. He’s also very friendly in person! 😊 Got a fair price for a Toyota Rush for a week. The car worked great and was in good condition 👍 Mr. Rico also delivers the car to wherever you’re staying and picks it up when you’re done. Very convenient! The handoff was quick and simple. He takes a photo of your passport and you hand him the full amount up-front in cash and the car’s all yours! Thank you, Mr. Rico! Will contact you again next time I’m in Lombok 🙏

  Rico and his lovely wife from Mandalika Car Hire were fantastic! We rented a car from them for nearly 5 weeks. Excellent car. Excellent service. They were so easy to deal with. Always quick to respond via Whatsapp. Fair price. And very honest! We accidentally forgot our watch in the car and Rico found it and Rico’s wife returned it to our hotel!
