  What an absolute waste of my morning. I contacted them a day before about renting a bike and they mentioned 100k/day but 650k per week for a bike that includes everything. Eventually he went down to 500k per week and agreed on delivery at 9am for a 2019 model. In the morning I had to message them on whether they were gonna to deliver the bike and after 1.5 hours they eventually sent a bike. I wish they were joking when I saw the bike. I attached some photos of the bike. They called and mentioned it was from 2019 but I'm not stupid. This "2019" bike was so beat up and needed the kickstarter to start up. Imagine paying 100k per day for this "includes everything" bike. I guess it includes an engine 🤣. What a waste of time. Go elsewhere if you actually want a good bike delivered on time

  My experience was 10/10 🙌🏼 Everything was super easy, fast and completely hassle-free.   Hired 5 scooters here, super genuine group of guys and rates far more competitive than the main strip of Kuta. Bikes were all in good condition, fairly new and fitted with surf racks. They’ll drop off and pick up so no need to walk to their store. Decent selection of helmets, really relaxed when it came to swapping bikes, extending, payment, etc. Never asked for a deposit or passport, and didn’t scrutinise the bikes when we returned them like some vendors do. Great guys!
