  I contacted him via WhatsApp and everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. The airport transfer was hassle-free, and the scooter rental was just as convenient, he delivered the scooter directly to our place in Kuta. On top of that, he’s super chill and very helpful throughout our stay.

  ⚠️ Scam Warning ⚠️ We do not recommend renting a scooter from this place. We were initially told the rental was for 24 hours (one day), but when it was time to return the scooter, they changed the conditions and said it was charged per calendar day. On top of that, what was supposed to be a two-day rental ended up being barely one, as we were aggressively contacted and pressured to return the scooter early, without respecting the original agreement. When we tried to clarify the situation, the owner responded in a very aggressive and unprofessional way, refusing to honor what had been agreed. In the end, we had no choice but to pay 300,000 IDR for essentially one day, which is far above the normal price in Lombok. Very disappointing experience. The service was poor and the way everything was handled felt dishonest. We strongly recommend renting from another company to avoid issues like this.

  We were initially very happy with our 7 day rental, we returned the bike and all was fine. We then relised we wanted to get another bike the next day and he said no rental for only 1 day which was super disappointing as we had already had for 7 days. So can only rent for extended periods which we didn’t know about or wouldn’t have handed it back.
