  The company is very good. We rented a car for a week and found it to be in good condition. The company also helped us with discounted fuel QR code(pertalite fuel) for our trip and guided us through safe routes for our desired destinations.   Rented a Toyota Raize for 11 days to go around Bali. Car was in great condition. Bayu was very responsive and was quick to provide assistance whenever needed. Car rental fee was also reasonable. A security deposit was required during the rental but it was low, so no issue. Although we visit Bali every year, there are still parts of Bali that we are not familiar with the roads. Bayu was very helpful in advising which roads to avoid. Balisakti is a very professional car rental company. Will definitely engage their services again.
