  As you can see in my profile i almost never do negative reviews. The staff was really kind but that was not enough, we rented 2 scooter for 17days ,we payed 100k per day ,total 3.4mil for 2 bikes(this was over prized but we said it's ok because we are in a good company and we don't have to worry) , 1 of the bikes was new the other one was not ,us you can see was in bad shape ,the front tire was too old the break behind was not so good ,but that was not so big problem ,the reason I put 1 STAR IN MY REVIEW is because we return the bikes and the owner said everything is ok thank you, we left to the airport and they came back after 30minutees asking for money because there was 2 small holes in the seat like small coin size ,I had my last 120k to buy some water for the airport and they took it from me ,they didn't say it before so I changed all of my money and I didn't have ,also we returned the bikes with full gas as a thank you to the owner ( we took the bikes with 2/6 bars ) and he

  I had an excellent experience renting both a car and a motorbike from Carlos Rental during i was in Bali. From the very beginning, the owner was extremely courteous, professional, and accommodating, making the whole rental process smooth and hassle-free. The prices offered were very reasonable and competitive compared to many other rental services, which made it a great value for money. The motorbikes were in excellent condition and felt almost new, while the car I rented was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable to drive.   I give 5! 5 stars for their patience and understanding! Due to my own stupidity and reliance on Google Maps, I ended up on such impassable, roads that I completely ruined the scooter I rented there! Thanks to the staff for their understanding and friendly attitude. They even offered me luggage storage for a small fee.
