    Duta Car Hire was great. I booked the car before arriving in Bali. We agreed on a good rate and the communication was excellent. The car was dropped off and picked up at my hotel which was very convenient. Even during the hire period I was regularly contacted to make sure everything was ok. I will be hiring from them again for sure.

    Very nice owner. Everything can be arranged efficiently and smoothly via WhatsApp. I had a Daihatsu Sigra car in automatic for 10 days. The car was in a good condition, without any problems. Delivery and pickup of the car directly to the hotel. I will return and recommend it to my friends.

    Kind young guys, good price and an amazing brand new NMax (pretty basic - no ABS or keyless, but 0km on the clock). They're located in Mengwi if I'm not wrong but can deliver the bike anywhere in Bali. Highly recommended them. P.S. I had the bike for 3 months. Two days before returning the NMax someone moved the bike in the middle of the night and it got slightly scratched on the left front and rear bumpers. I requested CCTV footage from my guest house and it was clearly seen someone moving the bike. Initially, the rental guys got pretty upset which is very understandable. Eventually, we figured out the situation. I found a local shop to fix the scratches but had to leave Indonesia due to visa expiration. I paid a small amount directly to the rental and they were so kind to have it fixed for me. Highly recommended these guys. Absolutely brilliant service at an unmatched rate!
