    I hate to leave a low rating because they did pick up the bike at my place and I liked the service but when I rented the bike on the first day we had issues closing the seat and had nothing in the bike. It was a ‘temporary bike’ because the bike I rented wasn’t ready. (I rented in advanced and the reservation was messed up on arrival causing even more issues. The guy/(owner maybe?) immediately accused me of breaking the hinge as there was a parking attendant where we were (we swapped bikes less than 24 hours later) & he that said ‘yea they looked like they struggled to close it and probably broke the seat’ when in fact we struggled to close it because it was BROKE. This wasn’t exactly a great feeling being accused of something especially when I asked the owner for proof that it worked when he gave it to us and he said that it was working and denied any proof. He said we would be liable for the damage because the attendant there saw us struggling. It just honestly felt shady and we wis
