  Don’t fall for the stars and the pictures which was promoted on their initial shop in Kuta. After you contact them they send you here. I took the bike from there as I thought the reviews were good and pictures show new bike. In a summary the bikes are old, customer service is not very nice and they don’t put phone holder, they charge you 10k more per day for it! They delivered the bike 30 min late and forgot to add the phone holder, when I spoke to customer service and complaining angry cz I had to go on my trip she started shouting at me and said it’s subject to availability. Suddenly the guy who delivered offered me one if I go with them to the shop so I went. Worst part is the fuel, they delivered it full but the sign drops immediately which means they play a trick to fill it less so when you give it back you have to lose on fuel. I guess their reviews are fake
