  Excellent service. They dropped off and picked up the car at the airport at the time I needed, even though it was late at night. The helpful staff was always available and ready to help with any questions. I will definitely use their services again.

  The price was good, the car was good but the customer service was appalling. We tried to go to Java using the car but got a call from one of the staff saying that it was not possible to take the car off the island. Fair enough, we decided to find a safe place to park it all the while he incessantly called and texted me. He then sent his brother to take the keys. I found this thoroughly confusing and assumed he was taking the car back early. I used Google translate to confirm that this was in fact the case and his brother nodded in agreement. We then took all of our luggage out of the car rather than enough for the two days which made the trip significantly more awkward. When we were on the ferry, he started texting me asking me to pay 200k for parking. I realised there had been a miscommunication but also that he was trying to scam me as the parking in the place we left it (which was the port authority so presumably safe) only cost 9k day.
