Excellent rental service, prices are not low, but the condition of the car is good, they give original documents so that you can go to neighboring islands. Provided: Tol Road card, QR for subsidized fuel, very clean in the car. The car was delivered on time, and returning the car was quick and convenient.

I was connected to Made who was very friendly and professional🙏🏽. We were not going to rent a car but kind of did last minute. I saw the great reviews and made contact. Made was very accommodating esp since I had trouble making payment with my credit car and so we were able to do this over Paypal🤙🏽. We had also arranged for a driver to take us to the Uluwatu Temple which was also very affordable and thought we would rent a car to check out Ubud, night market, mall, beaches, etc and to be on our own timeline. We are glad that we found the right company. The honda brio was perfect for our family of 4 and was only $26usd/day! What a great price. Made got the car delivered to our hotel and also arranged for the pick up from the hotel. We originally were going to take the car for just two days but we kept extending which was easily done over text on whats app:)). Thank you Kuta Rent a Car for the amazing service! Quick and clear communication with Mr. Winata through Whatsapp. Car delivered to hotel and returned in airport on time, as expected. Cashless payment possible though Paypal or Wise. We rented Honda Brio for 10 days. Small Honda was excellent on rough Balinese roads. Very powerful AC. Get an automatic if you're first time in Bali! Possibly go for something even smaller like Daihatsu Ayla/Agya — roads are extremely narrow even for Brio/Jazz(Fit).
