  We rented a pcx160 here to do a loop around Flores and first everything was alright. But then after only the 2nd day, it broke down: in the machine there was a very rusty part, which is why we couldnt start the bike again. At this point we've already spent 1 whole day in trying to fix the motorbike, pushing the bike up a mountain close to sunset, going to 2 different mechanics, but it was irrepearable in the long shot (they could only fix it temporarily). We had to pay a local mechanic 500k to bring us and the motorbike with a pick up car to Ruteng in the middle of the night (fair enough). Long story short, we had to find a new motorbike to rent and continued our loop. We were in contact with the rental shop and they organized transportation for the motorbike back to Labuan Bajo (first they wanted us to drive it back, but the 2nd mechanic advised us not to, because the motorbike was too unreliable).
