    We rented a brand-new N-MAX 2025 model from Sartika Rent Motor Bike for three weeks and couldn’t be happier with the service. The scooter was in perfect technical condition – very well maintained with new tires and a fresh oil change. During our rental period we drove over 1,500 km without any issues. The handover was quick and easy: we simply left an ID card as deposit. The staff was very friendly and helpful – even though their English is limited, communication via Google Translate and WhatsApp worked perfectly. On request, they even changed the tires in advance and carried out an oil change before we picked up the bike, which shows great attention to safety and customer care. The helmets were brand-new and very clean, all papers were in the scooter, and a small service kit was provided as well. Prices were fair for such a new model, and as a nice gesture, we even received a refund for two unused days when we returned the scooter earlier than planned. Overall, Sartika Rent Motor B

    Getting the motorbike was super easy, and the location quite strategic. The owner was incredibly friendly and made communication effortless. The scooter itself was practically brand new, with only 800 km on the meter. Was great exploring Flores on it. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. We even came back to rent a second time a week later.

    If I come back in flores for sure I go back to rent scooter to this place. They give me a new PCX with only 40km !! They are always here to answer you, the price is really cheap for the quality of the bike and customer service is really fast via WhatsApp. Everything was perfect. Thanks to make trip more easier !

    Best in Labuanbajo, we rented a Nmax for 11 days and was a great experience, the motorbike was in good conditions, we did a roadtrip throught all flores without any problem. The family is very kind, I really recomend them A++++
