  Don’t rent Here, terrible service. They don’t care About you if you have problems they don’t help you. Try to fix it for 3 hour, had to take a taxi back. They don’t even pay for the taxi and I got no help from them at all. Never rent your scooter here, mean people

  Would not recommend. Front wheel bearing had to be replaced on my way. Also it was overheating every 1 or 2hrs (which I think was known before) so I had to take breaks. When I got back they didn’t seem to care to fix it.

  AVOID THIS RENTAL COMPANY! Absolute rip off, terrible service and now reading other reviews seems they love to take advantage of tourists! Our hotel booked us a scooter through Sibanaha - we didn't read reviews, just had the scooter dropped off (big mistake!). All was fine until we contacted Sibanaha about a broken wing mirror and minor scratch on the side after we'd parked it at the marina all day. Before calling, we stopped at a local mechanic who quoted us 100k to replace the mirror and touch up the paint. However, Sibanaha demanded 650K for the repair. Absolutely ridiculous price - I wouldn't even pay half of that at home for this kind of minor work. Please avoid, there are many honest scooter rentals in Labuan Bajo.

  Shitty bikes. They were nmax bikes, but didnt even have the power to bring us up a hill.
