  Nice staff, but that's not all. People die in motorbike! The first motorbike had the back light broken, the horn button not always working and the tyre damaged. When I contacted them in the morning because I found flat tyre, they told me 'it just needs air'. People die in motorbike! The motorbike replacement had the dashboard not working. I don't expect esthetic perfection, but basic safe features must be working.

  I walked in this shop once, searching for a motorbike for long-term rental (at least a few weeks), the three unhelpful guys told me one bike was available the day after and agreed to take it to my guesthouse at 9am. The day after nobody showed up, so at 11am I called them and was reassured that my bike was on the way soon. Do you think I ever heard from them again? Of course not. So, if you like to play games and you are NOT interested in renting a motorbike, this is the right place for you!! Good luck.

  Very lack of service. I have booked NMAX since several months ago, they said OK and suddenly on the day I booked, they said motorcycle doesn't ready. I really disappointed. Unfortunately, my chat history with them was cleared. I can't show the evidence.
