  The motorbike (Vario 150cc) was in perfect condition for Bromo, even the Sea of Sand. The admin is quick to respond and the guys at the office are super friendly and good fun to chat with. One thing that stood out was their helpfulness. We wanted to extend for one more day, which he agreed to immediately, but we had booked a 7:50 AM KAI train to Banyuwangi and were not able to cancel it online. I texted the admin at 6:30 in the morning and with a picture of my passport and train ticket, he managed to go to the station and get the ticket rescheduled for the next day and didn’t even charge us anything extra for it. Apart from the excellent service and quality scooter, this was something we truly appreciated. Thanks again guys, if we come back to Malang, we will surely rent from you again 😊

  10/10 experience. Unfortunately, our bike tyre went flat on the first day of our rental period. The team covered the cost of the repair and swapped our bike for a new one (an upgrade) that same day. The motorbikes we rented were clean and well-maintained. They dropped the bike off at our hotel to begin the rental and picked it up from the railway station at the end of our rental. Very kind people.

  Nice staff. Big choice of motorbike More cheap and trustful than others around. Just not easy to see because there is no sign just ask neighbours.

  Was going to rent here but prices are higher than others in the area. For context they wanted to charge 200k plus 80k for a day and 4 hrs - 20k an hour. Got the same 160cc bike for 220k further along. Did offer to deliver which is a bonus but wouldn’t negotiate on price and just got awkward The selection of bikes was also pretty small Seemed nice enough though
