  Great hospitality! I booked the bike for 5am, and they prepared for it (eventhough I arrived at 8am at the garage 😅). The bike is relatively new, clean, and well maintained. I was enjoy riding it, strolling around Malang city. All of the admins are really friendly! They even gave me a ride to the bus terminal after I put the bike back (I was in a hurry and almost late for my bus 🥲). Overall, the services are incredibly awesome! 👍🏻

  A few days ago, I rented two bikes. While enjoying a bike trip, one of the bikes broke down, and I couldn't do anything on the road. I happened to find a repair shop nearby and tried to get it repaired, but it wasn't done. When I contacted the rental office, they told me to wait for them to come. We had to wait on the road for four hours without doing anything, and the company said the breakdown was due to their negligence and offered compensation, but when we actually returned it, all we found was that they wouldn't accept the money for the two sections of oil you used. For reference, two compartments of oil are about 30k. This company is a garbage company that finished our lost 4 hours with 30k. Don't use it.

  good scooters for a great price, the staff was very nice and flexible if you are confident riding on busy roads its a great & cheap option to go to Tumpak Sewu
