    We come from The Netherland. I found this travel agent from Instagram. I booked for our trip in Batu and Malang. They are very good travel agent , friendly staff and helpful. I can request where we want to go and the drivers ( Mr. Ferry) are very kind person. We are very thankful to him because he helping us to found solution with the problem about our villa and he also give us very good advice about the nice place to visit in Batu and Malang.     We're so glad we chose Smart Trans for our trip to East Java. Response was swift and it was easy to communicate with them our needs. They were professional and provided a clear price breakdown for each leg of the journey that we had planned. Shout out to our driver, Pak Sholeh! He was very punctual, polite, patient and pleasant in attending to our requests. We felt that we were well taken care of throughout our journey. The vehicle that we travelled in was also clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Will definitely consider Smart Trans the next time we travel to Java!

    We chose Smart Trans Malang because of good reviews & it was the right decision. Our driver, Pak Sholeh was very professional, punctual, accommodative & hospitable. As we do our own DIY ground handling for the trip, Pak Sholeh assisted us by suggesting best routes, places to eat, etc. 10/10 !!!

    Booked my transport with Smart Trans during my recent stay in Malang. We book Hi Ace for 2 days and Innova for 1 day. Pak Rudi has been really helpful and responsive throughout the process from enquiry to booking. He answered all my queries. He provided the drivers and car detail 1 day prior to our arrival. Our driver - Pak Sholeh, is a man of few words. But he has been really helpful in providing suggestions of our itinerary. Tell him where you want to go, and he will bring you there. He is as good as GPS. Overall, i am very satiesfied with Smart Trans. Highly recommended.
