  They try to bring you very old scooters (NMAX model I’ve never seen before with a mileage of 120.000km). No phone holder. Upon rejection due to weird sounds on the scooter, they charge you IDR 50.000. The most ridiculous: they will ask you for a deposit - you should leave your ORIGINAL passport with them. Better go with someone on site - there are sufficient offers at the same price level or even lower, without such requirements as leaving your passport with them. Huge warning.

  Very friendly staff and reasonable value for money. However, the car was probably one of the worst I've ever driven! Just about made it up moderate hills in first gear. In fairness, with 450,000 km on the clock, the fact it was running at all was impressive! Anyway, we made it back to the airport in one piece to be met by their courier, a lovely guy by the name of Lucky. Full marks for the staff, not so many for the car

  Very poor service. We rented 2 cars. Very old cars in bad conditions. We were not given the options of choosing an auto. They only had manual cars. Luckily 2 family members could drive manual. We had to pay airport parking ticket. Had a flat and was told to fix it ourselves.1 of the car alarm kept going off and other car air conditioning was not working. Held 2 of our passports. Tried to blame us for an existing dent. Luckily we had taken a photo with dates.

  Often late. Suddenly change the rules even after deal with the cars.
