    They rented me an amazing ADV 160 (not available in Australia). Great reliable bike with plenty of power, low KMs,. Everywhere I went people wished they had rented the same bike. Great communication via WhatsApp and close to the airport. 10/10 service. Bike was perfect for Lombok. I will seek their service again next time

    You will not be scammed, but the service is definitely sloppy and unreliable. When we arrived, they didn't have the bike I booked via WhatsApp 2 days before. However, they gave us a bigger one for the same price agreed for the other one, which is fine. They only gave us one helmet, so we had to wait for them to bring another one although when I booked I clarified was 2 of us. He didn't have cash for the change, so he said he would give us the money when we return the bike. It was supposed to be 520K, and gave him 550K, so he owed us 30K. They also didn't give up the rain coat as advertised on the website. The day before returning the bike, I messaged his to remind him I would return the bike at 7:30AM and bring the change (30K). At 7:30AM there was nobody at the place where we were supposed to return the bike. I called him 4 times, and no answer. Because I had a flight to catch, I left the bike there, and send a picture. He message me 45 minutes later at 8:15AM.

    Fantastic service. Very prompt response via whatsapp, even late at night. Great communication. Mat met me immediately after my flight into Lombok. I had to pay via credit card so Mat took me back to his house where I met his lovely family. I was offered a lombok coffee (roasting rice with the coffee beans), delicious. Ery the owner arrived with the credit card terminal, and together they wrote me a list of must see Lombok. A wonderful experience to meet them all. Do not hesitate to hire from Lombok scooter and car rental.

    Pick-up and drop off were painless. Communication was very easy. Employees were super prompt / on-time. Motorbike was in great condition. Would rent from them again.
