  I rented a bike multiple times from this company during my stay in lombok. They were always super friendly and helpful and replied my messages immediately. The bike was always in good condition and delivered it and picked it up for free within mataram. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely rent from them again on my next stay.

  sent me out a bike that had no brake pads left on them. really serious safety issue. i had one bike already (from a different company) rent me a bike and the brakes stopped working on the top of the mountain due to this issue. you also don't get to see the bike they just drop you one off. the dude who dropped it off said then I could take the bike to a mechanic to sort it and they would reimburse me. why on earth would I pay to fix a bike I haven't even ridden yet??? i recommend instead going to Hasmi Motorbike Rental & Tour about 10 minutes away. There you can see all the bikes, and they all had brake pads left on them and were safe. way better prices and a family business. to the credit of this joint they did offer to upgrade my bike to a different one for free, but I just don't want to deal with a company that would jeopardise the safety of myself and others to skip basic routine maintenance that costs only about 50k. always check the brake pads people
