  Scooter was okay and worked. Helmets were insufficient and worn out. I asked for a day hire and accepted the advertised price. However the clerk stipulated on the hire contract that the scooter had to be returned by 8pm (which I couldn't decifer and noticed). Received a prompt at 6pm and responded telling him I hired for a day (24 hours)! Sneaky tricks to offer day hires and then scribble an earlier return time on the agreement. Don't think I'll go back and hire from them again!

  Unfortunately I had to swap one of the scooters over for another one as the engine overheating warning indicator light came on after 20 minutes of riding. The person who helped proceeded to tell me I know nothing about bikes and was really rude just because I wanted a bike that worked… He gave me the key for the new bike and rode off without saying anything. The second bike was much better with no issues.

  Would give 6 stars if possible! Got a brand new NMAX for a better price than other rentals in Lombok, great communication and quick delivery. He even offered me a ride home when I dropped off the motorbike :) Great guy, will rent from him again every time were in lombok

  I've rent 3 motorbikes and got all new Bikes. Good price, good experience, specially if you are in Kuta Area. Recommended!
