The lady was very nice and she was easy to work with. For me it was $100,000 a day. She dropped the bike off at my hotel and picked it up. The bike had a few starches but nothing serious. She also messaged me the day before she picked the bike up to see if I want to extend my hire. Very good experience overall

I stayed at Gading Guesthouse (200K/night double room) and they brought the scooter there. You’ll need to leave your passport / if card with them which is not an issue. I got a scoopy to explore Mataram for a few days and it was in perfect condition. Better if you text them a few days in advance as their scooters are in high demand.

Really helpful shop, super efficient and quick. The lovely lady dropped the scooter to where I was staying and arranged a quick pick-up. Very good price too, highly recommend for scooter rental in Mataram ☺️

Great experience all around! The owner was extremely responsive. The scooter was well kept, with no electrical or mechanical issues for the entire week we had it. We also thought it was reasonably priced.
