  Been rent the car from this agency on Aug 2023. Well recommended for traveler who travel to Lombok especially with family. The car is well maintained, quite new and clean. It was delivered to the airport on time and without any hassle. You can request agency to pick up the car at anywhere with reasonable additional cost.   We picked up our rental Toyota Avanza at Bangsal Pier. We paid in cash and did not put down any deposit for possible damage. We enjoyed driving the car in Lombok, which had less traffic and better road infrastructure compared to Bali. After eight days, we dropped off the car at Bangsal Pier without having to pay any extra charges.
