  Me and my family (in total 4 Person) were visiting lombok for two weeks and used the service from Ok Car Lombok. When we landed at Lombok Praya Internasional Airport, we got picked up with Toyota Avanza, but after the driver saw us how little the space was ( both my father and my husband have a big body build), they change the car into a bigger one without additional charges. Overall the service was pleasant, the price in total were affordable, the car was clean and the drivers (we have both Pak Riyadi and Pak Jodi) were polite, punctual, helpful and friendly. They were driving us carefully to the destination of our choice and waited us there patiently. One suggestion would i add to improve the service would be if the driver could suggest us with good place to eat or to try (as we sometimes have no idea where to eat or to try) .

  We rented innova Toyota as there are 6 of us. The car driver met us at the arrival on time. Went through the car with us and off we go. We rented for 3 days. Car condition was good, just a small dent. Car is clean and everything works fine. Petrol was good enough that’s we don’t have to rush to petrol station. When we returned , the driver was waiting at the drop zone already.
