  Unfortunately, my experience with their service was terrible. The driver didn’t speak English, didn’t smile, and had such a bad attitude that I repeatedly asked if something was wrong. This is not something a customer should ever have to deal with. I clearly explained my full-day plan until the evening. Despite that, he later asked what my plans were because he wanted to leave early for a family party. If you are working, your personal plans are irrelevant. I am not responsible for accommodating your private life during paid working hours. This was completely unprofessional. I booked the car for 12 hours and was forced to use it for only 7. The company offered no compensation whatsoever and instead blamed me, claiming they had given me a “normal price during high season.” This excuse was never mentioned upfront and was only brought up after I filed a complaint, which says a lot about their integrity.   sangat tidak rekomen menyewa disini, komunikasinya hancur parah! dihubungi via wa katanya unit tersedia, lagi btuh last minute jadi paginya langsung ke garasi orangnya bilang unit sufah terpakai semua, tidak sesuai apa yang dibicarakan di admin wa, jika tidak tersedia tolong bilang tidak tersedia jangan sebaliknya! usaha menyusahkan orang ga ada tanggung jawabnya
