    We rented a car at the airport in Lombok. We were warmly welcomed and the handover was professional. We received a perfect car. The return was also easy. After we were returned we were even taken to our accommodation and the friendly gentleman took care of refueling for us. We can only warmly recommend TRAC!

We requested they top it up and they did, but this wasted time Overly detailed inspection at pickup with too much attention paid to minor surface imperfections, again wasting time Another detailed inspection at drop off wasted yet more time. Employee doing the inspection noted tiny minor marks that he said were new, and he needed to consult head office about what to do while we waited in the midday sun. Thankfully we took a detailed video at pickup so we could prove the tiny marks were there from the outset. We then got our cash deposit back but it all seemed a bit scammish - as though th

    Unfortunately, TRAC cancelled my booking only several hours before the pick up (after having the booking pending for days and then accepting it on the evening before). Unfortunately, very bad customer service (got trough once via Telefone and they promised to get back to me within 10 mins but never called back + didn’t pick up the phone anymore). Wouldn’t recommend..
