  With Rial communication was so easy and he was very arranging to propose the best custom option adapted to what we wanted. His crew were very cool as well we had a nice time diving and swimming with the turtles. Go go without hesitation.

  Avoid this place. They tried to scam us. We agreed on a price of 500k for a car with a driver (without gas). We drove to the gas station, and the driver immediately filled up a full tank of gas for 250k and demanded we pay upfront (we didn't because we wanted to pay for the actual kilometers we drove). Unfortunately, we spent an hour at the gas station arguing with someone at the office. After the trip, we found out we had only driven 143km and the tank was still almost full. Despite this, we were still charged 250k. The person at the office told us to pay the full amount, remove the remaining fuel from the car, and take it with us. We did not agree to this. Please don't support this scam and rudeness.

  Rented a car for 4 days at a very reasonable price (as compared to other vendors). They were very responsive and accommodating. A small charge to pick up and drop off from Bangsal Port - which was very fair. Car was clean and our point of contact, Satrio, was super friendly. The only con I would say is the high deposit fee of 3.000.000 Rp (almost 3 times the price of the rental alone). But we were informed in advance and we could set it aside so it was not a big deal. We received it back whole when we returned the car back to them. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a self-drive vehicle in Lombok - you will not regret it.

  Like other reviewers. They are not transparent with their pricing. They will add on cost that was not told at booking. They gave us an older cheaper car than what we booked, car was not clean or in a good state. The suspension defiantly needed replacement and the tires were bald. Paid extra to have the car delivered and picked up at the hotel. But only after we drove off were we told we needed to return the car with the fuel it had at their office and not when we received it. So not only did we have to pay a delivery and picked up fee plus parking fee but also fuel from their office to the hotel(which could be made up) Very deceptive practices. Would not recommend them, other lombok rental car places do not do this. Very deceptive practices. Tell your customers the real cost at booking or at the very least when u hand over the keys and go over everything. Not add things on later. Scammers
