    The staff has been responsive from the time I made enquiries a week before my trip until collection. The Vario 160 bike is a year old, so everything was good. The paint job and the bike is in good condition. More over, the tyres are quite new, with lots of life in the treads. A raincoat was provided, and the helmet was good, with a clear visor. I rented the bike for 19 days and rode over 2000km. I have 2 issues with the bike. Firstly the suspension became very hard after a few days of riding. Every little bump on the road became amplified, and my butt was so sore after a while, and my spine hurt badly. I have to go super slow when there are stretches of gravel roads, or with small potholes. Secondly, the check engine indicator light was on when i started the bike on day 1. I was told to ignore it as it is not a serious problem. Since there's no other Vario 160 available, I had no choice but to accept this bike. Going to another rental company may not guarantee a (better) bike on the

    Easy going, friendly bike rental with good quality bikes, many new. Easy to get to from the main hotels, near the center of Medan. Very easy to do business with and the guys are very helpful, should you need advice on the routes or other practicalities, they will help. Now that you found them, no need to look any further. Recommend 😁
