    I have tried to lease a Toyota Innova Zenix from TRAC Medan. I leased the car only, without driver, from Traveloka apps. The verification process was great, fast and seamless. The admin was fast response. The car unit was a Zenix from 2023 but engine and transmission performance was great, no issue along the trip. The car itself unit was fully covered with insurance. Oh, I took the leased car directly to TRAC Medan office. If you are about to ask them to deliver the leased car to your address, they probably add additional charges for the car delivery and pick-up when the rental period is over. Before car hand-over, Pa Faisal from TRAC Medan gave me a detailed information about the car, safety features and he was ready to give assistance in 24-hour basis. What a great service! Fully respect for TRAC team and its system! Please keep the service up.

    As others probably have noted, you must book in advance as TRAC's head office must verify your credentials which may take up to 2 hours, which means you cannot hire a car instantly. Once you have applied, this company I find is first class, they are really flexible with helping you with collection and dropoff and the car provided was we'll-presented and performed very well. Thank you Erawati, Wily and Fredy of MEDAN office for helping us out, you are a credit to TRAC I appreciate you! 100 out of 5 stars from me 💯
