  I booked a scooter in the morning via WA on my way to Nusa Penida for later that afternoon after my dives and got a response instantly! I payed 100 K for 1 day including a full tank. The scooter drove nicely and except for a missing mirror, it had no flaws. It worked with a contactless key which was very practical and had a good phoneholder. After returning the next morning, the employer kindly offered to give me a ride to the harbour. He almost didn't want to receive my tip :) I would recommend for anyone who wants to drive around on Nusa Penida!
