  I contacted this person to rent a scooter for an afternoon (my only time to tour the island, since I had a dive with the manta rays the next morning and then left). He rented me a scooter that didn't work without letting me know when he gave it to me. Every time I had to remove the key, it took me 10 minutes because it wouldn't come out of the ignition, and I had to ask for help on the street several times. It was a very old scooter. I contacted him to replace the scooter, and he responded after an hour and a half. So I then went for a ride on the scooter since I only had that time, but I wasn't able to do what I had planned. And among other things, he didn't even refund me my money for ruining my time in Nusa Penida. Terrible person!!

  I don't review often, but these guys deserve a 5🌟 review. we just dropped in without reservation, they had a NMAX in brand new condition available. the process was super smooth, no questions asked. We rented for 3 days at 150k/day. upon return they offered me to drop me off for free at the harbour to save me from a long walk under the scorching hot sun. Definitely recommend taking these guys instead of the vulture at the pier.

  First scooter was basic but cheaper and then we asked for a better one for longer journeys. The owner was always very kind and helpful. Especially as they kept a luggage for us that allowed us to drive around easier. Terimakasi mister ! Please improve the indication to get to your place.
