  Ricky and his team provide amazing service with very safe and easy to drive buggy’s which are brand new. I would recommend this form of transport to anybody who can drive a car. The drop off and pick up service was perfect.

  Had a very disappointing experience with this buggy hire service in Nusa Lembongan. The staff’s attitude was quite unfriendly and unprofessional from the beginning. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, they seemed impatient and not interested in assisting customers properly. The service itself was also below expectations. The booking process was unclear, and there was a lack of communication regarding important details. When issues came up, they were handled poorly and without any sense of responsibility. In terms of comfort, the buggy was not well-maintained. It didn’t feel safe or clean, which made the overall experience quite uncomfortable. For a place that relies heavily on tourism, I expected much better standards. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this service. There are likely better and more reliable options on the island that offer both good customer service and a more comfortable experience

  Booking was so easy and they delivered and picked up the buggy from our hotel. Very nice staff that gave awesome recommendations. Such a fun and awesome way to explore the island!
