Be sure to contact them directly rather than going through any third-party services. They go the extra mile to assist with pick-up and drop-off before and after the rental. Note: They don’t accept Visa or card payments, so please prepare cash or QR payment. Overall, a great car rental experience with outstanding hosts. Also they have few range of cars, vans and buses. And if you driving to Alahan Panjang, get a manual. Cause they have it.
