From the very beginning, communication from whatapps was fast and easy. Mr.Riki reply with everything clear and polite. The car provided was new, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our driver, Mr Eki was very professional, polite, and always on time. He drove safely and patiently, and also shared a lot of local tips and recommendations along the way. He was patient with us during photo stops and helped us to take a group picture. We felt very comfortable throughout the journey, very comfortable for our 7 full days trip around West Sumatra — including lake Maninjau, Bukittinggi, Harau Valley, Pagaruyung Palace, Sawahlunto and Alahan Panjang — no rushing, no hidden charges, and everything was handled smoothly.
