  This is the second time using Bike a go and highly recommend as the safer more reliable option in Bali. They take care of everything. We arrived off our ferry in Padangbai and a short walk to the office to collect the bikes. Quick transfer of passports and international licences and discuss scooter then off we go. At end of our 3 day visit they picked our scooters up from resort which made it a lot easier for our next trip. Thankyou Bike a go.

  Everything went perfect. The bike was great and well maintained. The service was uncomplicated and fast via WhatsApp and friendly at the pick up and drop off. I'm very happy I've chosen them even if there are cheaper options. The quality of the bike and the service was worth every cent. I payed a 750$ deposit and got it refund instantaneously after returning the bike without any problems. I can't recommend this place enough. Note: This is just a drop off spot, you have to book online in advance.

  Great bikes and great service. We had an accident and they were more worried if we were OK over scooter damage. They came right to accident site with a new bike and we were on our way in just 1 hour!
