  At first the booking process was nice and easy, and we were so happy that we even tipped the guy Rp. 50.000 for the service. But then, the process of returning the vehicle was really annoying. We returned the car in perfect condition, except that it was dirty, so they charged us another Rp. 50.000 just for that. When we received the car, the gasoline was only one bar, but we returned it with two bars, but still the guy didn't care. Finally, the worst part of this: they FORGOT to bring us the driving license of my wife, and instead of coming back to bring it, they decided to send it with Maxim. It was already really annoying that this happened, but guess what, they not only sent it with Maxim, but they sent it as COD, meaning WE PAID FOR THEIR MISTAKE, and the driving license was received at the hotel at 12:30 in the night, when later at 4 in the morning we need to be at the airport. I'm not even going to sleep tonight. Due to their cheapness and laziness, trying to save Rp. 28,100,

  Bang Andi. Itu tolong tim nya kurang ajar. Ngilangin SIM saya. Dan tanggung jawab nya gak sesuai jumlah nya. Mobil nya Bagus, semua lancar. AC dingin. Pokok nya bagus. Tapi SIM C saya dihilangkan sama anggota mu yg ini. Tolong dibantu bang Andi (update) Sudah diganti rugi sama Bang Andi. makasih Bang. Fast response, dan tanggung jawab pemilik rental mobil nya.

  Rental Mobil dsni untuk 6 hari, Unit Expander, amat sangat nyaman Dan recommended. Perjalanan ke sumbar kita nyaman banget. Mobil yg kita pake oke banget tenaganya. Gagah look nya. Pokoknya klo rental di Pekanbaru pasti kesini. Pelayanan oke, sangat fast respond, kita komunikasi nya lancar banget g pake tunggu lama. Sangat sangat recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
