Great response & easy to book. Hoping the experience will be a delight too! Updates: Despite giving ample notice on arrival time, we had to wait more than 1 hour to send the car to the agreed pickup place. Eventually gave up, n took a taxi, having to pay IDR150K. Rate for car was competitive but car was dirty, n we had to top up the water for both windshield wipers & coolant. Car remote batt was dead but the owner was prompt to replace it on our request. Overall, if not for the convenient location to our accommodation, I guess we'll get a better service from a proper rental agency.
