  I had a truly wonderful experience renting a motorbike here. Charles is an incredibly kind and generous person who runs his business with heart. He doesn’t see it as just a way to make money — he genuinely cares about helping his customers and even his neighbors. Besides helping us with the motorbike rental, he also assisted me in arranging transportation to Bali. While I was waiting for my bus, he warmly invited me to rest at his home, and his wife even prepared food for me, despite fasting for Ramadan. I was deeply touched by their kindness and hospitality. They made me feel so welcomed in a foreign country. I sincerely wish Charles great success and a future filled with happiness and kindness. Highly recommended!

  I rented a scooter here, and the process was incredibly simple, taking only 10 minutes. The owner was kind enough to deliver the scooter directly to my hotel and even helped improve my travel plan. The scooter was in great condition and offered at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

  Charles is the kindest person I ever met in Indonesia! As I hadn’t had an experience of riding motorbike, he waited for me to do some practice and be comfortable with driving. Thanks to him, I made it to Mt. Bromo and saw the spectacular views. And of course the motorbike had no problems to drive all the steep roads to Bromo, to waterfalls, the sea of sand with my terrible skills. It was absolutely the right decision to rental the motorbike at Charles’s!!! Thank you very much!!

  I had an excellent experience renting a motorcycle from this shop. The owner is incredibly warm, friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. He patiently introduced different bike models, explained rental rules clearly and gave practical local travel suggestions. All motorcycles are well-maintained with smooth performance and full safety equipment ready. The rental price is reasonable with no hidden fees. Fast check-in and return process saved lots of my time. Highly recommend this store to anyone needing bike rental!
