  Our guest rent a car with Bali Setia and it was fantastic. The staff brought the Honda Jazz to our lodging. It was clean and in very good condition. We had no complaints and the price was great too. Highly recommended.

  I am very disappointed to rent a vehicle at this place, the vehicle is not comfortable to use, not safe and the service is unpleasant and not good (a bit racist). Once again, this is not recommended for domestic or international tourists.

  Very pleasant to deal with, and reasonably priced. The car was handed over sparkling clean and in excellent condition. When I had a small problem they responded promptly, graciously, and generously. Highly recommended. I will certainly go back to them next time I am in Bali.

  Have used this company several times without any issues, even started referring friends as well. Would organise pick up from airport and bike for hire before I even arrived in the country. This time things have been completely different, noticed the bike had an oil leak so returned it to the shop immediately. They happily replaced with another without any issue. However when I returned the bike at the end of my trip they claimed it was accident damage and tried to charge me $200US. Ended up paying 2,000,000. Will never use again will tell friends and colleagues to avoid at all costs.
