  We rented a vehicle from Sam Bali Rental—an Innova with driver and fuel included—and we were very happy with the service. This business trip was extremely comfortable, supported by a clean and well-maintained vehicle with a pleasant (not overpowering) scent. The driver was polite, kind, and professional throughout the journey. We also appreciated the convenience of the payment process, as an EDC machine was provided at the end of our trip.   I rented a car from Roy at Sam Bali Car Rental for almost five year. Excellent service and competitive prices. They will meet you at the airport when you arrive, and pick up the car from the airport when you leave. Insurance is included in the price and they will service the car frequently. Whenever I had an issue like a flat tire or a dead battery they would show up within hours to sort out the issue. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
