  I missed my flight mistakenly, so I needed to contact Qatar Airways to help me reschedule the booking. At that time, I didn’t have a cell phone to call the airline, so I went to the information desk and there was a lady called “Istri sumaryastini” who was very kind and I asked her to do the call using her personal phone and she was kindly accepting that and I called the airline using her phone several times and she was very kind, professional and respectful. I really appreciate her help that without her help I couldn’t do the re-booking of the ticket. I wish her all the best in her career.

  Just like any other normal Airport. Staff is quick and friendly. Air Asia i choose for domestic travel they are good

  Landed in Bali. Found that the airport exchange rate is 15.300 per dollar as compared to 15.975 outside. Tried to book Grab but a Grab’s impersonator stopped us before we could reach the pickup point. He told us the trip to our hotel would be 195k vs 200k . But when we reached the hotel he charged us 200k per person. Bali is full of scammers.
