I rented a scooter from Mesari Ride last week, and it was a fantastic experience. The scooters were clean and well-maintained, and the staff, especially Indra, was exceptional. He was always smiling and responsive to all inquiries via WhatsApp. I do hope they add more helmets in the future. I will definitely return and wouldn't rent from anywhere else.
