  Guy responsible for renting is extremely laid back and friendly. No issues and no problems when renting or returning the bikes. Just double or even triple check technical status of your vehicle; we had one with several small faults that had to be fixed during our trip.

  After living in Bali for 2 years, i realized these people sound professional but they aren’t really. I wanted to rent a bike for someone in Bali, and offered to pay by local bank transfer the deposit money, and I was informed that they cannot pay it back to me by bank transfer. If you want to have a bike insurance it should be minimum 2 days rental and you have to pay extra for it. They don’t deliver bikes to more than 2kms, although the hotel was 2.1KM I do think there is much better friendlier options, where you don’t need to leave them your passport and they don’t need to make renting a bike for one day an impossible mission. I chose to book from them reading they have high reviews, but apparently after talking to them, they aren’t friendly as per my experience renting long term bikes in Bali.

  The best guy! We rented an nmax in good condition and the price was very reasonable. He delivered the bike to our villa and also collected it afterwards. No problem with anything. He offers a very convenient service with a feeling of satisfaction! The bike was so comfortable, you fall asleep directly as seated… Thank you!
