    Minimum rental period is two days with this company. We needed a car only for one day, so were offered to have a car with a driver and fuel included, instead (easy and reactive contact via WhatsApp) We eventually chose that option and didn’t regret it a single minute later: Toni has been a wonderful and helpful driver, making suggestions for our day trip in the South of Lombok and driving on a very secure and cautious way, on the busy little curvy roads of the island. A much comfortable and stressless experience.

    When renting a car in another country, there are always concerns. They delivered the car to our accommodations. The guy didn’t ask for a deposit. Our original car was not ready, but they promised to give us later on of which they did. Front seats were ripped. They were quite flexible and friendly to allowing us to leave it at bangsal port. They gave us a discount for being late for the delivery. no added extra fees for insurance and all that other bullshit. You cannot expect the same quality as in USA, but that’s OK because the price was $30 a day. They delivered a car with an empty tank so we panicked to find a gas station. I was just happy that it worked. I was able to go up those hills. There was no other mechanical problems so I really can’t complain.

    No car was delivered to us at the agreed time and calls were not answered. Only after we inquired were we informed via WhatsApp that we should wait, as the colleague was on his way. After we wrote that we were waiting at the reception with our one-year-old son, we received a reply that the car would be delivered at noon at the earliest, i.e. about four hours later. Then they made the excuse that our car had been returned too late. Even if that was the case, they could have notified us at least an hour before the agreed delivery time, as the delivery route from the airport to Senggigi is quite long. Instead, there was no information or apology for the fact that our planned tour could not take place at first. Although we had booked the car for three days, we never received it and all contact was discontinued. I can only advise against using this company, as it is completely unprofessional and shows no decency.

    Bad service!!! The hire company does not keep to the agreement. Arrives late and then delivers a completely wrong, inferior vehicle. The return did not work either, so I had to leave the vehicle unlocked at the airport! Schlechter Service!!! Der Vermieter hält sich nicht absprechen. Kommt zu spät und liefert dann ein völlig falsches, minderwertiges Fahrzeug. Die Rückgabe hat auch nicht geklappt, so dass ich das Fahrzeug aufgeschlossen am Flughafen zurücklassen musste!
