The booking was easy but the problem is that we didn’t get what we wanted. It was clearly showing the bike had the navigation on the screen of the bike and that you could just connect with your phone but the guy didn’t know how to connect… so do they offer something they don’t even know how to connect themselves?? We started digging a little online but no luck, there was another device connected and we couldn’t connect ours. We mentioned we were not happy about the option and the guys said he was going to contact us with an outcome but we didn’t hear anything, and it has been 7 days already. As a result we had to use our phone, vibrations of the bike pretty much blocked the phone and now we have to look after repairing it/buy a new one…. I would suggest to not advertise something you don’t offer!

Cost a bit more but when our bike broke in the far north of Bali they replaced It overnight . When we needed a slight adjustment at another branch they just swapped the bike for a newer one even though we didn’t ask . So you pay more but they have branches all over . Our bikes had 300km on them so were very new . I liked the service and company - great for long distance tours. Worth the extra for us .

I ordered a scooter online at 15:30 and by 17:00 it was delivered to my accommodation. The delivery specialists are extremely professional and gave me a full explanation of the controls on a new Honda PCX. The scooter was in great condition. This is the only rental on Bali I have ever received with a full tank of gas (petrol). I found the pricing to be very reasonable including the daily rate, insurance, and dropoff/pickup at your accommodation.

Finally some good quality motorbikes for a modest price. Free delivery with incredibly good English speaking guys. Good insurance and good clean helmets as well as first aid kit with it.
