    I am very disappointed with this car rental service. I booked the car three days in advance for an important event, and everything was arranged properly. However, on the day of the rental, they suddenly canceled my booking with the excuse that my chat message had “sunk” in their inbox. This is extremely unprofessional. A booking made three days prior should not be canceled because of poor message management on their side. Their internal communication issues should never become the customer’s problem. Because of this last minute cancellation, I was put in a very stressful situation trying to find another car on short notice for an important occasion. It caused unnecessary anxiety and inconvenience. I would not recommend this rental service to anyone who values reliability and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.

    Really good experience! The team was super helpful and easy to talk to on WhatsApp. The car was clean, new, and everything worked perfectly. Price was very reasonable and communication was smooth from start to finish. They were fair and professional -definitely recommend!

    This rental rents out to me; a bule Belanda, not many rentals do that in north Bali. Edit; after bringing back the Terios, Picked up the car with almost empty tank and soft front tires (15-20 PSI) tip buy a USB wireless charging pump to inflate the tires , was hard to find a good pump station with psi display outside Singaraja. Did bring back car with more Pertamax in tank (2 stripes) then when pickup (1 stripe).
