  Thank you for the service. I would like to share some feedback because I believe it can help improve your business. Yesterday, I was informed that the car would be available at 10:00 PM, but when I asked for an update at 11:00 PM, I was told it was still with the previous renter. I was then asked to wait until 1:00 AM. Because my boarding house closes at 11:00 PM, we had to change our plans and agreed to have the car delivered to my apartment at around 2:00 AM. We stayed up waiting, which affected our sleep. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency regarding the additional charges. While I understand that a delivery fee was mentioned, the amount was never explained before we agreed to the arrangement. Since I also offered the use of my motorcycle for your staff's return trip and agreed to cover the fuel, I reasonably assumed those costs would offset any delivery expense. At no point was it made clear that there would still be a Rp100,000 delivery fee and another Rp100,0
