    I want to share my experience renting a vehicle from this company. I’m just being honest about how I felt—I’m not holding anything back. Last week, I rented an Innova Reborn here for about three days. What surprised me most was that I didn’t feel comfortable driving it because the brakes and suspension were unstable, and the steering was all over the place—far from comfortable. If I drove even a little fast, the steering wheel would shake, so I was afraid to take it on the highway and canceled that plan; I just stuck to regular roads. What I disliked the most was the high rental price—I expected a car that matched the cost, but I didn’t get that. I’m just being honest so this can serve as feedback for the vehicle and the staff to help prevent unwanted incidents on the road. Wishing you continued success.

    The condition of the car was good, price was decent. Khoirul Umam and Munaja provided good service during delivery and pick up of the car!

    Unfortunately, for me the experience was not positive. The car we got was pretty okay, except the front bumper was broken. The biggest issue was the communication. Proper communication begin after I payed the deposit, until this time, I din not get the information I needed. The process before renting the car was similar to border control (you have to show id, passport, boarding pass, social media account, everything). The handover itself was pretty chaotic so as the car return as English of the staff was not good at all. Finally, we had to wait more than 20 minutes to get our deposit back.

    Worst experience, dont waste your time to rent in here. I need to pick up a new unit after car issue (i only use it for city tour in SBY) all by myself while they will charge u for first delivery. No induction for extra charge if u’re late to return the car in the beginning (so i need to pay more) and bad after payment service (i didnt get my money back after gas fuel remained as agreed in the beginning)
