  Prompt replies, easy to communicate in English and arrange for our transport in Surabaya. We are a group of 6 with big luggages, and they arranged a very big toyota hiace for us. It was a very comfortable ride as we needed to travel 1.5hours. the driver was early on both trips and reliable. He didn't know much English but was still polite and helped us with our luggages. He knew the way well and didn't get lost. Very happy with this service and highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable transport services in Surabaya!
